VIDEO: Monkey Attacks Cop During Traffic Stop

ARANSAS PASS, Tx (AP) — A South Texas Police officer was bitten by a monkey while trying to issue a speeding ticket during a not so routine traffic stop. 

Aransas Pass Officer Keith Moore captured the attack on a video camera mounted on his glasses. 

Moore said the monkey “came out of nowhere,” but after the most cursory viewing of the video, this reporter can say with a very high degree of confidence that the monkey came from the back seat.
