MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – A 16-year-old boy may face charges after he allegedly told his ex-girlfriend to cut an apology into her arm with a Swiss Army Knife. The mother of the 16-year-old victim told police that her daughter had gone to apologize to her ex-boyfriend in hopes that he would stop harassing her.
According to the daughter, earlier in the day while walking down a path, her ex-boyfriend blocked her way and would not move. Allegedly he grabbed her neck, attempted to cut her hair with a Swiss Army Knife, and then stabbed her with the corkscrew. The report goes on to state that the boy then handed her the knife with blade out and told her to carve an apology into her skin.
After refusing, the girl eventually escaped to a public area.
