Vice President Joe Biden is ready to move with a new wave of gun control, “planning even more travel, with trips around the country to stump for a renewed push on expanded background checks and gun-trafficking laws that failed to pass the Senate last month.”
Unfortunately, he hasn’t told Obama of his plans. Speaking to a group of law enforcement officers, Biden said he “hasn’t really discussed” his plans with Obama.
The VEEP is going “rogue.”
But Biden volunteered that he “hasn’t really discussed” his plans with Obama and plans to lead the gun control charge, according to a person who attended the meeting. Another law enforcement official who was present confirmed this account.
