If you noticed, Ms. Judd is considered a  “Tennessee Democrat” and not a “Kentucky Democrat,” at least according to Wikipedia.  Of course, there is widespread speculation that the long-time Tennessee resident will be running to unseat Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in Kentucky in 2014.
