Perry On CA Businesses Coming to Texas, 'Bien Venidos'

With Texas Governor Rick Perry trying to steal businesses away from California, I am wondering how many other Governor’s, besides him and Florida Governor Rick Scott, will begin to publicly entice businesses to move out of California, New York and other mega-taxed states, took pack up and move to their respective states?

So far Perry and Scott are leaving these other guys in the dust.
