Apparently, the government doesn’t like it when it’s held to its own standards.
At least, not in East Cleveland, Ohio, where an attorney for the US Postal Service says that postal truck drivers can’t be issued tickets for speeding and running red lights — because immunity!

Be sure to read the response from the attorney for the company that enforces the city’s traffic camera citations. He had a few choice words – and choice examples of bad behavior – for Postal Service attorney Jennifer S. Breslin.
I’m no fan of traffic cameras, but if we’re going to be forced to endure them, maybe postal truck drivers should be, too.
