New York Gang Rape Suspects Claim Teen Was Having Sex with Father

The gang rape suspects in Brooklyn now claim the alleged victim was having sex with her father before she had sex with them.

The father bought beer for himself and his teenage daughter before the two walked through the playground in Brownsville. From the New York Post:

One of the boys took out his cellphone and recorded video — catching the woman with her pants down as her father stood nearby, the suspects’ relatives said.

In a short clip of the footage viewed by The Post, a young woman can be seen sitting on the ground rocking back and forth and grinning. There is the sound of young men laughing in the background.

One of the teens says to the older man, “Can we have some of that?,” according to a law enforcement source.

A teen can then be heard telling the girl, “You said, ‘Yeah.’ That’s what I’m saying, it’s lit [OK], like you know what I mean? I could tell you a freak.’’

The father returned and threw beer bottles at the five males. He attempted to get help at two delis, but both said the man was too drunk to understand. He eventually received help from a passing patrol car.

Ethan Phillip’s brother said the video proves it was consensual.

“All of that she said is a lie. If that was supposed to be her father, then you know she was in the park f–king her father,” explained Billy Anderson, 24. “She was basically telling them, ‘You could do it.’ This video is basically proving that whatever [their] story is, it’s false.”
