Police: Illegal Alien, Registered Sex Offender Assaults 16-Year-Old Downs Syndrome Victim

In the latest outrageous instance of immigrant sex crimes, an illegal alien and registered sex offender sexually assaulted a 16-year-old teenage girl with Down Syndrome on Monday, Brazoria County Sheriff Department’s officials say.

Jesus Atrian was previously deported to Mexico after being convicted of indecency with a child by sexual contact—the same charge he’s once again facing—in August 2014 and registered as a sex offender.

According to The Friendswood Journal, Atrian helpfully tattooed his name onto his face for easy identification. KHOU.com reports the victim knew Atrian. Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller found that Atrian’s previous victim was only eight years old when Atrian attacked him or her, and Atrian was arrested for public intoxication in 2008.

This is the latest in the series of alleged disturbing rapes and sex assaults committed by immigrants from violent, backwards countries. Oftentimes, when papers do cover immigrant crime, the suspect is simply described as “man.” A child rapist loose in the neighborhood? Nothing anyone can do about it—also, shut up. Two weeks in North Carolina, police arrested an illegal alien from Guatemala who allegedly raped a child in Pennsylvania. Jose Andres-Jose is being held on $9.5 million bond and virtually no one in local or national media thought it was newsworthy.

Earlier this month, Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez allegedly murdered Marilyn Pharis in a most savage manner. Yet the same police department that arrested him four times previously and put him on probation—after dropping a sex assault charge—said they “don’t care” he was in the country illegally.

As Breitbart News reported:

Ramirez, along with accomplice Jose Fernando Villagomez, allegedly broke into Marilyn Pharis’s home on July 24 while she slept, beat her with a hammer until both her eye sockets were shattered and her neck broken, while strangling and raping her with a foreign object. Despite her horrifying injuries, she managed to call police — as Ramirez broke into another home. She died eight days later of her injuries.

Ramirez faces special allegations that could make him eligible for the death penalty, such as “felony murder with rape by instrument and murder with torture,” according to theSanta Maria Times. He also pled not guilty to charges of “attempted murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer” last week.

In another disgusting case this month, Mexican illegal alien Juan Jimenez-Olivera admittedly raped his co-worker Sviatlana Dranko before strangling her to death, setting her body on fire and stealing thousands from her.

In July, illegal alien Marvin Castenallos allegedly stalked a Missouri woman before beating her and attempting to rape her at knifepoint. An illegal alien from the Philippines, 26-year-old sex offender Keane Dean, allegedly lured a 14-year-old girl into a garage and sexually abused her while free on bond—thanks to the ACLU’s lawfare. Mexican illegal alien Aurelio Hernandez-Gomez was booked earlier that month after police say he kidnapped and raped a 13-year-old girl.
