Will the Supreme Court Betray Women?
The shrill cries of abortion advocates, calling for the Supreme Court to strike down this law, have rung throughout the media. They claim this case, Whole Woman’s Health vs. Hellerstadt, if decided against them, will deprive women of access to healthcare and deny poor women their basic “right” to an abortion.
