23 Arrested For Roles Smuggling Hundreds of Illegal Immigrants A Week

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Western Texas announced the 23 arrests and two additional arrests for federal drug charges this week. Authorities say the illegal immigrant smuggling ring operates in Eagle Pass, Crystal City, Carrizo Springs, Uvalde, San Antonio, Laredo, Dallas and other areas of Texas.

GOP Rep: Nearly 500,000 Refugees Resettled In U.S. Under Obama

Amnesty Group Warns Senate Dems Against Targeting Sanctuary Cities

The group, Presente.org, names Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), and Dick Durbin (D-IL) as its primary Democrats of concern after those lawmakers signaled support for introducing legislation targeting sanctuary cities. Latino Groups Bristle At Feds’ Effort To Recoup Illegally Issued 3-Year Amnesty

The Obama administration has taken extensive efforts to try to recoup some 2,600 three-year work permits issued in violation of a federal district court’s injunction halting President Obama’s executive amnesty programs — expanded DACA and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA). USCIS is simply replacing the three-year permits with the allowable two-year documents. Latino groups are complaining.

Jindal: USCIS Head Must Go For Diluting Oath Of Citizenship Requirements
