Ray LaHood is former Secretary of Transportation under Barack Obama. 

This is Ray Hutchison. He was 81. Our condolences to his family and friends.

UPDATE: A few minutes after broadcasting the wrong photo, MSNBC’s Farrow  corrected the error with a correct photo of the former-Senator and her  deceased husband.
