I don't want to burst everyone's bubble…

In response to Best.Presidential.Campaign.Kickoff.Ever:

But… as awesome as Sen. Paul and others are on the Senate floor are right now, I can’t help but think this is one of the moments when all of us conservatives and libertarians are in our own bubble.  I suppose it will depend on how the media covers this (assuming they do) because the average American is watching American Idol or Survivor right now, not C-SPAN 2.

Again, #IStandwithRand, I just wanted to gently remind everyone that speeches on C-SPAN 2 don’t win elections.  The people who will decide the next election are not watching.  We need to reach them outside our bubbles and Twitterverse.

(And I fully realize I sound like such a downer… I’m just saying…)
