Four-Time Deported Illegal Alien Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault

In an exclusive to Breitbart News, Texas State Representative Phil King (R-Weatherford) released the following statement:

“Earlier this afternoon I received a call from Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler regarding the sexual assault of a nine year old girl. It is inconceivable that a man who has been deported four times is back in our country to assault a child after breaking into her home. What is it that Washington, DC does not understand about the need to secure our border against criminals? As a former police officer, I can assure you this crime would have never occurred if our border had been properly secured, preventing his reentry after deportation.”

Breitbart News has confirmed with the office of the Parker County Sheriff, investigators have arrested a known criminal alien, identified as Israel Andrade, 35, on Saturday July 12, after a woman had called 9-1-1 to report that her daughter had been sexually fondled by a stranger who broke into her home.

Andrade had broken into a bedroom window just before 6 am. The nine year-old girl said that she was awakened by the man who was groping her private area as she slept with her siblings on a couch in the family’s home. The child said that the stranger spoke in broken English with a heavy Spanish accent.

In a statement from the Parker County Sheriff’s office the girl’s family tried to call law enforcement on their cell phones but that they were missing along with a computer. The girl’s mother drove to a convenience store to report the crime. Investigators said footprints led them to the suspect who was visiting a relative about one mile from the home.

One of the cell phones, two pairs of panties and tennis shoes matching the treads to the footprints were found at that location linked Andrade to the alleged assault and burglary. Relatives told deputies that Andrade had come to Texas from Mexico about thirty days ago.

Andrade was booked on charges of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony, indecency with a child by sexual contact, a first-degree felony. According to Sherriff’s investigators, records obtained from the Immigration and Naturalization Service indicated that Andrade had previously been deported from the U.S. in July 2003, February 2004, September 2009 and in December 2010, the sheriff’s office said.

“How long will we have to tolerate this type of injustice?” a frustrated Sheriff Larry Fowler asked in a written statement. “It is time for American citizens to make a stand and begin petitioning for tighter security at our borders in order to protect our citizens.”
