Catherine Engelbrecht: Stop The IRS's Systematic Silencing of Ordinary Americans

Catherine Engelbrecht testified before Congress to implore the House to save other Americans from suffering for their political speech like her family’s three-year ordeal which started when Catherine applied for tax-exempt status for a Tea Party organization.
