Obama: Sequester Cuts 'Not Going To Happen'

Apparently, President Barack Obama has single-handedly solved the budget and deficit impasse that will trigger the looming defense cuts known as “sequestration” in January. He announced, off-handedly, during Monday’s debates that the cuts “will not happen” without offering any explanation as to how he will avoid them.
