Obama: 'Romney Shoots First, Aims Later'

Responding to statements made by GOP Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney accusing the Obama administration of apologizing for U.S. values, President Obama told Steve Kroft Romney has a tendency “to shoot first and aim later.”
