NFL Week 11 arrives with tonight’s matchup between AFC East division rivals Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins in Miami at 8:25 ET.
Another week, another six-touchdown performance. This time, it was Aaron Rodgers who roasted NFC North division rival Chicago Bears in primetime Sunday, throwing for 315 yards and six touchdowns. Rodgers could have broken the single-game touchdown record if he wasn’t rested in the third quarter. The dude is simply on fire right now.
Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch led all running backs in scoring last week, feasting on 140 yards and a career-high four touchdowns in the Seahawks’ trouncing of the New York Giants. Denver running back C.J. Anderson scorched the Raiders, compiling 90 yards on the ground and adding four catches for 73 yards and a score. With Ronnie Hillman out for at least the next two or three weeks, Anderson should be owned in most formats.
Of course, when it comes to wide receivers, Dez and Jordy did Dez and Jordy. Bryant finished with six catches for 158 yards and two touchdowns in the Cowboys’ win over the Jags, and Nelson also had two scores and six catches for 152 yards in the Packers’ rout of the Bears. The Eagles’ Jordan Matthews seemingly came out of nowhere with a 138-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Panthers on Monday night; for more on Matthews, see the Breakout Alert below.
For those who read last week’s Fantasy Football Preview, Oakland tight end Mychal Rivera came through with 64 yards and a touchdown, though he did get his score with the game all but over. Rivera faces a tough Chargers team this week, so start him with caution.

Breakout Alert, Week 11
1. Bryce Brown, RB, BUF (@MIA) – Fred Jackson remains out this week with his groin injury, which leaves Brown and Anthony Dixon as the two-man team behind the line. Brown is far and away the better pure runner, and could be in line for a big game despite Miami’s stout run defense. Brown had 100 total yards last week, and would have had a touchdown if he hadn’t fumbled the ball in the end zone. He’s a nice spot start this week.
2. Jordan Matthews, WR, PHI (@GB) – With Mark Sanchez under center in Philly, Matthews is looking at some new life; last week, he caught seven of nine passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns. According to Rotoworld, Matthews was Sanchez’s favorite receiver during summer training camps. If you’ve got an open wide receiver slot due to the bye, give Matthews a look.
3. Malcom Floyd, WR, SD (vs. OAK) – Oakland has been pretty tough against wide receivers this season, surrendering the 7th overall fewest fantasy points to the position. They did, however, get absolutely creamed by Peyton Manning and the Broncos last week. The Chargers played the Raiders earlier this season, and Floyd shined in that one, catching five balls for 103 yards and a touchdown. He looks like a pretty decent option against the Raiders at home.
