NC State poses quite a threat for an 8-seed. While they certainly are not nearly as good as Indiana (overall rating of 47 to 31) should they get past Temple, the Wolfpack are rated higher than their raw Value Add based on having three NBA players, including CJ Leslie, who for some reason does not rate as high in Value Add as he appears to be. The team is also hot, moving from 42nd to 34th at www.kenpom.com the last few weeks of the season, so not an easy opponent for Indiana if they meet in their second game.
