Former CBS Evening News host Katie Couric will be moving from ABC to Yahoo! That will require a pay cut to $6 million per year, but that’s reportedly for mere part-time work – she was paid $15 million per year at CBS and $20 million at ABC. Couric’s daytime talk show on ABC will quietly disappear by the end of the television season, according to TMZ.
The Daily Mail said that Couric would be quitting the show in favor of a Yahoo! Interview show. Yahoo! has quietly been moving up in the traffic ratings, now surpassing Google.
