Justin Bieber has spent the past 12 months dodging nasty tabloid stories, a major slam from the star of Neighbors and a box office dud.
The singer’s latest problem may trump them all.
A video showing Bieber telling a racist joke could result in serious career trouble for a singer already reeling from public scandals. The fact that he was only 15 at the time may not be enough to prevent what could be a PR nightmare.
The footage shows the then 15-year-old grinning while using the highly offensive term in an attempt to make his friends laugh.
Justin, now 20, can be heard asking his friends ‘Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?’Justin, whose mentor Usher is African American, then started making the noise of the chainsaw and concluded his ‘joke’ with ‘ Run n*****, n*****, n*****, n*****, n*****.’ (Uncensored version included below)
So far, Bieber’s official Twitter page has no mention of the video or a reaction to its release.
