Bette Midler couldn’t enjoy an unseasonably warm winter day without sounding the siren for global warming.
The liberal entertainer routinely uses her Twitter account to pummel progressive messages out to the masses. So when the temperature in New York City reached a balmy 70 degrees over the weekend Midler did her best Al Gore impersonation.
70 degrees in NYC yesterday, Dec.22. Still not enough evidence to convince US policy makers global warming exists. Turn the Titanic around!
The fact that global temperatures have stayed essentially the same for the past 17 years is one inconvenient fact Midler would rather not hear.
