An Auburn, Washington, homeowner turned the tables on alleged armed intruders by opening fire on them, sending them fleeing from his front porch.

The alleged intrusion attempt occurred Thursday around 2:00 a.m. The suspects claimed to be police as they tried to kick in the home’s front door, FOX News reported.

As they kicked, glass began shattering around them as the homeowner shot at them from the other side of the door.

Surveillance video from the home shows alleged intruders tripping over themselves as they turned to run:

Outkick.com described the incident:  “Bullets started flying as the homeowner opened fire through the door. The bad guys scrambled away, and the hunt is on to find them.”

No one was injured in the incident.
