Friday on the steps of the Capitol, ABC News asked lawmakers to assess President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office.
Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) said, “It’s pretty much a dumpster fire.”
He added, “Foreign policy has been somewhat incoherent, insulting some of our best friends, hinting at trade wars, discovering that things like heath care were complicated—who knew—I mean that is going to be one of the most famous defining statements of his first 100 days.”
