Cheney: Russia’s Interference in U.S. Presidential Election Possibly ‘Considered an Act of War’

Monday at The Economic Times’ Global Business Summit in New Delhi, India former Vice President Dick Cheney told an audience that allegations of Russian interference in last year’s presidential election could be “considered” an act of war.
