Kaine Declares Voters Have ‘a Right to Know Everything’ About a Person Running for President

Tuesday in ‪Erie, PA, Democratic vice-presidential nominee Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) said, “You’ve got the right to know everything you need to know.”

Kaine said, “Whether you are a Democrat, a Republican or an Independent, you have the right to know about the person who is running to be your president or commander-in-chief. You’ve got the right to know everything you need to know to judge whether a candidate who will work for you will work for the country or is only in it for himself.”
