Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said in an interview with NBC New York on Monday that Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump was promoting a form of “extremism” and “ugliness,” that she is unhappy to see.
When asked about the protests and fights that broke out at the canceled Trump rally in Chicago last Friday, Warren said, “This is on Trump. This is what Trump has been fostering and fomenting for months now It finally reached the next level.”
Warren continued, “I am not happy to see Donald Trump even threatening to get anywhere near the presidency. Don’t take me there. That is a form of extremism. He advocates a form of ugliness that I don’t want any part of.”
