Thursday at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, (CPAC) an animated Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was questioned after his speech by Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity.
After receiving a rousing standing ovation Cruz opened his speech joking, “It’s almost like CPAC invited Benjamin Netanyahu to speak. Well you know we could have had Hillary Clinton here but we couldn’t find a foreign nation to foot the bill.”
After he finished speaking, a fiery Cruz joked with Hannity about Bill and Hillary Clinton, demanded we repeal “every single word of ObamaCare,” and said to stand strong on immigration reform because, “In Washington, K Street and Wall Street love amnesty.”
On the threat of ISIS, Cruz said, “We need a commander-in-chief who will actually stand up and defend the United States of America.”
