Police Turn Their Backs On Mayor de Blasio At Liu’s Funeral

Sunday as Mayor Bill de Blasio delivered a eulogy at the funeral of slain NYPD Officer Wenjian Liu, dozens of officers in silent protest turned their backs in the crowd outside the funeral.

This was despite the urging of Police Commissioner Bill Bratton not to do so as they did at the funeral of Rafael Ramos.
