No Dallas Cowboys fan in the country has been harder hit by the team’s playoff loss to the Packers than Cowboys super fan Jordan Garnett, especially after making national news with his giant, full-arm-sized Cowboys Super Bowl 51 tattoo.
Garnett felt so certain of the playoff spot that guaranteed a Cowboys trip to the Super Bowl, that he had a giant Cowboys star and the words “Super Bowl LI Champions” tattooed on the bicep of his right arm.
The standup comic may not be laughing today, though, after the Cowboys went down to defeat in a 34-31 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Now, instead of preparing to face the Atlanta Falcons and thence onto the Super Bowl, the Cowboys are getting a jump on their post season vacation.
One wonders if Garnett’s next trip will be to the tattoo removal clinic.
