Dr. Kelli Ward, Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate from Arizona, joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam to discuss Sen. Jeff Flake’s decision to not seek re-election in 2018.
Saying she wasn’t certain if it was real or fake news when she heard it, Ward added that she started celebrating for the voters of Arizona almost immediately. She characterized Flake as “a thorn in Trump’s side.”
As for her own efforts, said Ward, “I’ve worked very hard to put my campaign in a place to win. we’ve got an amazing professional team behind us. we have the grassroots across the entire state. We have a state-wide organization that is already built and growing. I feel like we have the heart and soul of the Republican Party, the conservative movement, the liberty movement, the independent movement, they are focused on getting me to Washington to get the job done.”
Ward directed supporters and those wishing to get involved with her campaign to her website, Kelliward.com, adding, “Be a part of what’s happening in this country to make America great again.”
