Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is facing a media storm surrounding her private email server, but in Washington D.C., the government is facing another shutdown, albeit temporary.

The Federal Office of Personal and Management closed offices in the Washington, D.C. area today, as snow began to fall in the morning hours.

At around 8:30 a.m., the White House announced that the daily press briefing was canceled “due to inclement weather.” House Minority Leader Pelosi also canceled her weekly press conference this morning.

According to the NOAA, the Washington D.C. area is expected to get 3 to 7 inches of snow by the end of the day.
