In a  Monday tweet, Roger Simon, a star columnist at the left-wing Politico, accused Texas Governor Rick Perry of sending “1,000 National Guard troops to border to shoot small children.”

Monday, due to inaction on the part of the Obama Administration, Governor Perry announced that he no choice but to activate 1000 National Guard troops. The troops will focus on protecting Texas citizens from the drug smugglers and gang members using the border chaos to their advantage.
