Reid Tries To Negotiate Time For McCain!

Senator Harry Reid tried to convince Senator Ted Cruz to yield 15 minutes of his time to his friend, Senator John McCain. Cruz said his understanding of Senate rules prevents him from speaking after noon ET and that he would follow the rules and yield at that time.
