During the House Judiciary committee hearing on Wednesday, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee held up procedures to complain about a recording being played as part of evidence. Lee asked if the recording had been authenticated and then asked if Attorney General Eric Holder, who was the only witness during the hearing, was given notice of the recording before it played. After multiple attempts to shut down Congressman Issa’s questioning, Lee was ruled out of order.
