White House: IRS Admitting To Targeting Tea Party Groups 'Not Enough' For Admin

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that although the top officials of the IRS have acknowledged Tea Party groups were targeted for additional auditing, those assertions are not enough for the administration to believe that impropriety took place. Carney said that the President is waiting for the Inspector General’s report before commenting or taking action.
