Secretary Clinton On Benghazi: Fault Administration For Not Communicating Clearly

Secretary Clinton said that if there is one thing to fault the administration it is that they did not communicate clearly that they “did not have a clear picture” of exactly what happened before and during the attack and who was responsible for the attack on the US Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya last year.
