Review Board: Benghazi Facility 'Grossly Inadequate' To Deal With Attack

Secretary Clinton’s Accountability Review Board said in their short briefing at the State Department today that they found the security situation at the Special Mission was inadequate to deal with the security threats of the region. The blamed this on “bureaucratic” processes that allowed the facility to “fall through the cracks” and thus was left exposed and incapable of dealing with the sustained attack on September 11th of this year.
