Report: Surveillance Drone Spotted In Suburban Chicago Prior To NATO Summit

Possible surveillance drones are flying over Chicago as part of the security operation for the NATO Summit. A video posted on You Tube taken in northwest Chicagoland suburban Elgin which is about 40 miles from the summit site is is creating a stir. However, it is unclear whether the video is real.
