Alleged Afghanistan Shooter 'Already' Integrated To 'Pretrial Confinement'

The Army staff sergeant accused of slaughtering 16 Afghan civilians arrived at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, last Friday. Spokeswoman Rebecca Steed says Robert Bales is ‘already being integrated into the normal pretrial confinement routine.’
