New Executive Order 'Standard And Routine'

From Fox Nation: White House press secretary Jay Carney dismissed the idea today that a recent executive order issued was “martial law”, and called it “standard and routine.” Concerns are being raised that the executive order gives the White House absolute control over all the country’s natural resources in case of a natural disaster or during a time of war.
