Obama Delays Senate Vote on Syrian Force to Give Diplomacy 'A Chance'

On Tuesday, Politico reported that President Obama will now delay a vote to authorize use of force in Syria until “a diplomatic solution has a chance to play out.” The Russian proposal upon which Obama relies, which would supposedly transition Syrian chemical weapons to international control, has been stonewalled at the United Nations by the Russians and Chinese.
