Halle Berry: Being Related to Sarah Palin 'The Worst Thing You Can Imagine'

Halle Berry got a shock when she learned through a genealogist she’s related to former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

Berry recounted the story during a recent visit to Jay Leno’s couch on “The Tonight Show.” You don’t need a crystal ball to predict what happened next:

In the middle of their interview, Leno asked about this surprising revelation concerning Palin.

After scowling and shaking her head, Berry said, “I mean, isn’t that the worst thing you can imagine?”

When the applause died down, Leno replied, “No, she’s a very nice lady.”

“I’m sure she is,” Berry counted, “but you know.”
