In the third installment of pro-life organization Live Action’s exposé of Planned Parenthood’s alarming practice of counseling young women about dangerous sexual behavior, a Planned Parenthood employee in Portland, Oregon, offers advice to an undercover investigator – believed to be 15 years old – that “it’s very common to experiment with different things,” including “being tied up” and “whipped” and doing “the baby thing, where they will put on diapers.”
The video is part of Live Action’s series, “SexEd: Planned Parenthood’s Dangerous Sex Advice for Kids.”
A previous video showed Planned Parenthood staffers in Indianapolis giving advice to an undercover investigator on how to engage in bondage/discipline and sadomasochistic sex (BDSM), in addition to accessing sex shops and pornographic websites.
Yet another video featured Planned Parenthood counselors in Denver, Colorado, offering suggestions, in graphic detail, of a spectrum of sadistic sexual behaviors, including “whipping,” “tying up,” and “asphyxiation.”
Nearly half of the abortion industry giant’s budget is derived from taxpayers. At least a portion of the additional $75 million per year Obamacare appropriates for “sex counseling” through the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) will also go to Planned Parenthood.
According to PREP’s website, the program is “the first federal funding stream for programs that teach about abstinence and contraception for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).”
“PREP-funded programs,” the website continues, “must also cover at least three adult preparation subjects, such as healthy relationships, adolescent development, financial literacy, educational and career success, and healthy life skills.”
In addition, the program’s website states, “PREP offers a brand new opportunity – federal funding for science-based sex education that includes information on abstinence and contraception. Until this year, the only dedicated federal funding for sex education was for abstinence-only-until-marriage programs.”
PREP, however, apparently doesn’t think highly of sex education programs that promote abstinence until marriage.
“These programs censor vital information from young people, who have the right to complete, accurate information that will allow them to make informed decisions about their sexual health,” PREP says.
According to Live Action, Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, the affiliate that runs the facility in the organization’s latest video exposé, has itself been allocated grants through PREP.
As Live Action notes, Planned Parenthood also receives over $500 million annually in taxpayer funds, plus additional funding to be an Obamacare “navigator.”
“The depraved Planned Parenthood sexual ethic is surfacing beyond a doubt,” said Lila Rose, Live Action’s president. “There is no way anyone can justify a counselor telling a fifteen-year-old girl that ‘some people like being spanked, or whipped, or hit.'”
“This is not the stuff of sex education, but rather a disturbing ideology consciously being pushed on our nation’s youth,” Rose added.
In the video, the Portland counselor tells Live Action’s investigator that there are “educational pornos out there” and recommends “female-oriented porn.”
Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette continues to operate facilities in six locations in Oregon, including three others in Portland and one in the capital city of Salem.
“As our videos show, and as more videos will continue to show, Portland is no outlier,” Rose said. “You’ll see the exact same institutional ethos of promoting dangerous sexual activity in every other city and state where Planned Parenthood operates.”
“Oregon is a liberal state. There’s no doubt about that. But political ideology shouldn’t affect parents’ desire to protect their children,” Rose added. “Whether you’re liberal or conservative, or even pro-life or pro-abortion, tax-funded ‘counseling’ sessions directing kids to porn sites and sex shops, and teaching them how to beat and choke each other, are completely unacceptable.”
